For different goods there’s different delivery time:

1. For those in stock, if the goods is shipped from Europe warehouse, usually you will get it within 7 days; if it’s shipped from China, usually it takes 10-14 days to arrive your address (by air).
2. For those out of stock, usually that is because we produce them only when someone placed order, you can click “Enquire” button to get delivery time.

We’re a on-line drone shop that specializing in promoting drones and related products that made in China. We cooperate with the factory directly, for bulk purchaser, our service includes showing around factory, making training and providing after-sales.

For those goods that DO NOT involve customization or modification, you have the right to return it and ask for a refund within 14 days without any justification, as long as:
– All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
– Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained;

For those goods that DO NOT involve customization or modification, you have the right to return it and ask for a replace within 30 days after submitting enough and fair proof of poor quality, as long as:

– All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
– Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained;

For those customized or modificated goods, no replace or refund is acceptable.

PnP refers to Plug and Play, it contains airframe and open source flight control, excludes transmitter, receiver, battery and charger. To make it fly, you need to install power system and communication system.

RTF refers to Ready to Fly, it contains airframe, open source flight control, transmitter, receiver, battery and charger. Basically the drone can receive your order and fly off the ground at a very close height and do some simple movement, but unlikely to carry out other complicated command and achieve automatic flight.
