Overview

YFR-02 radar is a pulsed Doppler system three-coordinate radar with azimuth machine scanning and pitch frequency scanning, which is mainly used to detect and locate low-altitude aircraft. It has optimized for drones (such as DJI Phantom 4), with a minimum detection distance of 4-10km, filling the low-altitude blind spot of traditional drone detection radars.
YFR-02 can be used for low-altitude alert, to intercept low, slow and small targets like drones and cruise missiles, and protect military bases and borders; and for key facility such as airport/nuclear power plant protection, to monitor drone intrusion and ensure aviation safety.Â
Pulse Doppler + three-coordinate positioning
Combining pulse Doppler technology (speed measurement + anti-clutter) and three-coordinate capabilities (range, azimuth, pitch), it can efficiently detect low-altitude slow targets (such as drones).
Azimuth machine scanning + pitch phase scanning
Mechanical rotation achieves 360° horizontal coverage, electronic phase scanning quickly adjusts the pitch angle, taking into account wide-area search and flexible beam pointing, suitable for complex air situations.
