Repair Policy For those goods with repair service, please contact our service team and submit corresponding materials (video, photo, log file and other things required), our after-sales staff will issue an report or solution. Genererally there’re several methods: Replace the broken parts by buyer himself/herself under the remote instruction of our after-sales service staff.
