Repair Policy

For those goods with repair service, please contact our service team and submit corresponding materials (video, photo, log file and other things required), our after-sales staff will issue an report or solution.

Genererally there’re several methods:

  1. Replace the broken parts by buyer himself/herself under the remote instruction of our after-sales service staff.
  2. Post the broken parts/whole device to assigned location and get repaired by our team.
  3. Replace a new one when it lost the value of repair.

The cost shall depend on the circumstances.
