If you found there’s something wrong with the goods you bought, you have the right to return it and ask for a replace within 30 calendar days, as long as:

– The goods you bought does not involve customization and modification;
– All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging;
– Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained.

It will take 3-5 working days to deal with your replace request after we received the returned goods. You may need to wait longer time if the goods is happen out of stock. 

The return postage is paid by us if the return is due to quality problem. You shall keep the phone open in case of missing the call from the express personnel. The replace policy is no longer valid if you’re failed to deliver the goods over TWICE.

No replacement is available for the customized or modificated goods in any condition.
